• You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before capturing, storing, or sharing any images using the application.
• AfterSmile provides automatic facial blurring to support privacy, but it is your responsibility to ensure that shared content complies with applicable data protection laws and ethical guidelines.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
• AfterSmile assumes no liability for any misuse of the application, data loss, or privacy violations arising from user actions.
• If users want to delete their account, they can write to us at info@algorithmic.co. Your request will be addressed within 24 hours.
